2. Is the price you quote me fixed?

The prices we quote you will be confirmed on arrival with no hidden charges, costs or fees. The services are not limited by time - the professional will stay until the job is done.

3. How can you guarantee you won’t invade my privacy?

The 22m water fed extension pole that will be used during your service can reach up to the fourth floor of any building - there's no need for the operative to leave the ground!

4. Do you work Nights/ Weekends/ Holidays, etc?

Most of our cleaners do not mind working on Weekends or Holidays or - in an emergency - at night. However, better results are provided if there is daylight.

5. Do I have to pay anything extra apart from your quoted price for the job?

Our quoted price includes all taxes and services. The only charges that might apply on top of the price are congestion (if your site address is in London congestion charge area) or parking fees. If you are able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners, you will not pay anything extra. Also, according to our service schedule, additional charges may occur on weekend and bank holiday appointments.

6. Is your staff insured and vetted?

We work with technicians that are insured and properly trained. As a introductory agency, we take care to know all companies local providers we are working with or recommended by people that work with us.

7. Can I specify the day for the cleaning?

Yes, you can specify the day for cleaning or other service you require, and we will make every effort to meet your preferences. We try to be as flexible as possible. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice, so that we can adjust our schedules.

8. Do I have to be at home when the cleaning staff comes?

It is not necessary for you to be at home. We will make arrangements with you to get access to your property, be it a key or other security access. For your peace of mind, you are welcome to stay at home during the service. In all cases, we would like that you be at your site address at the time when the service you have booked finishes, in order to inspect and take your keys back.

9.Do you have a cancellation fee?

We ask our clients to give us 48 hour notice, if they need to cancel or reschedule the service. No cancellation fees are applied.

10. Do you provide cleaning / janitorial supplies?

We will provide all the needed Detergents and Equipment for the window, gutter, patio and End of Tenancy cleaning services free of charge. We'll be happy to use any special detergents to your liking should you provide them. For our one-off services, you can choose to use your own detergents or ours at additional cost.

11. I need you to clean windows on a commercial property, can you do it?

Of course. Every single member of Fantastic Window Cleaners has experience completing professional window cleaning in buildings both big and small, including office buildings and schools.

13. Why is having my gutters expertly cleaned important?

Keeping your gutters well-maintained ensures the integrity of your property's drainage system. The powerful, industry standard machine we use allows us to accurately identify damaged areas.

14. How do you do it?

Your service will be completed using a special gutter cleaning machine. This piece of equipment is a large vacuum cleaner perfectly suited to removing debris from gutters. Attached to it is an extendible telescopic pole that can reach up to 12m high. This pole features a tiny camera that enables us to see the interior of your guttering from the ground. You’ll be given pictures before and after the service so you can see the improvement in the condition of your gutters.

15. Can you clean all types of gutters?

Yes! Except those that have guards fixed in place.

16. Does your service include the removal of any grass growing out of my guttering?

It does, but we will have to do this manually.

17. Is it vital that you have parking right outside my property?

No, however we’ll need a spot close by because the gutter cleaning machine we use is very heavy.

18. My downpipes need washing. Can you clean them?

Of course, as long as they’re above ground level.

19. Are your employees both fully insured and thoroughly trained?

Absolutely.

20. How often do I need to book your service to ensure my gutters are kept well-maintained?

Twice a year.
